Rules are similar to football with designated endzones. Teams with an even number of players will throw frisbee among each other. There is no contact and players cannot move after catching the frisbee but can move while it is in the air. Opponent must give the other team member with the frisbee 6ft of space to throw once caught however the opponent can try to block and distract the player and the frisbee can be intercepted by the other team.
Points are awarded when frisbee is caught in the endzone. Each touchdown is worth one point. The first team to 21 points wins. Alternatively if there are enough players for teams, players you can throw the frisbee among themselves.
