Mindfulness - Signs of Spring

We all know how long this winter can be and now it is finally spring. A great time to take a walk in your neighborhood, to your local park, to look for signs of spring.

While walking with your children, encourage them to use all their senses to find spring.

What can you see?

What do you smell?

How does spring feel?


This is a great way to introduce your children to mindfulness as well as nature science.
