Chocolate Holiday Cookies

These cookies are fun to make and even better because there is a treat inside.

It is an easy recipe and calls for store bought cookie dough, what could be easier?

How to assemble:

• Step 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease miniature muffin tin.
• Step 2. Press 1 tablespoon dough into each cup and top with miniature peanut butter cups or chocolate star kisses. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or golden brown

For serving, you could add a small scoop of your favourite ice cream into the cookie cup.
