Frozen Yogurt Pops

Here is what you need:

  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Vanilla yogurt (brand of your choice).
  • 2 cups cut-up fresh fruit such as blueberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, peaches or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 Paper cups (5 oz) or ice pop molds if you have
  • Craft sticks

This simple easy snack is easy to make and packed with fresh fruit flavours.

How to assemble:

  • Step 1: Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2: Separate mixture into cups and cover the cups with foil or saran wrap. Insert a craft stick into centre of each pop. Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.

Fruit option tip:

Other fruit option that work well would be strawberries, mango or pineapple
