Pumpkin Cheese Ball

This is a fantastic way to get the Halloween at home party started - a pumpkin cheese ball. This snack does not actually contain any pumpkin, but it is flavoured with sharp cheddar cheese, tangy cream cheese, and a hint of spicy salsa. Then it’s covered in Nacho Cheese Doritos! We think children of ALL ages will like this appetizer.

How to assemble:

• Step 1: Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, salsa, and cumin together until smooth and creamy.
• Step 2: Place onto plastic wrap, and shape into a circle. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
• Step 3: Before serving roll in crushed tortilla chips.
• Step 4: Top with a bell pepper step if desired.
