Fruit and Cheese Kabobs

What you need:

  • 5 cups your favorite fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple and/or kiwifruit), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 16 (4-inch) wooden picks

We have a fun and easy snack that your whole family will enjoy. They are easy enough to make and store in containers in your fridge. That makes it easy for kids to get it themselves after school while you may still be at your work from home station.

How to Assemble:

  • Assemble kabobs by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes onto wooden picks.

*use any cheese your family enjoys.
