*for Valentine's day and Easter you could add themed M&Ms
These cookies are easy and fun to make, and the best part is that they only need 4 ingredients to get this done. Their fun pink colour makes it great for Valentine's Day, Easter or even a little girl's birthday party.
How to assemble:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Combine the strawberry cake mix, oil, and eggs into your mixer and mix on medium speed until a soft dough starts to form. This can also be done with a hand mixer in a large bowl.
Step 3: Add white chocolate chips and fold into dough by hand with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Step 4: Using a small ice cream scoop or melon-baller to scoop about 1 Tablespoon of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet lined with either parchment paper, or washable silicone baking mats. They’re reusable and non-stick.
Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. When done, pull the baking sheet out of the oven and let sit for a minute or two before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
TIP: For a softer chewier cookie, bake for less time. If you like a crispier cookie, bake for the longer time.
