July 4th Parfaits

  • 3 cups of strawberries chopped
  • 3 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 cup thawed cool whip
  • 2 cups vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt

How to make:

  • Step 1: Toss chopped strawberries with sugar in medium bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Meanwhile, add cool whip to yogurt in separate bowl, stir gently until blended.
  • Step 3: Spoon 1/3 of the yogurt mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses, cover with half the strawberries, a layer of yogurt, then blueberries.
  • Step 4: Top with the remaining yogurt mixture and add raspberries.
