What a great way to serve breakfast for lunch. Could be for a rainy day, or a pajama theme day. You can really add anything to this buffet board: pancakes, waffles, sliced french toast dusted with cinnamon sugar, etc. Pancakes, french toast and waffles can be made from the box or frozen, and each charcuterie board can be customized by each person. Add bananas, different berries, whipped cream and syrup and you are golden. Kids (and other adults in your house) are sure to love this idea.
