Depends on the design from the hardware store, some paints, brushes, and some seeds for the birds, see link in the description.
Check out this website for the supplies needed for a bird house and a few designs - then head over to your local hardware store to pick up the supplies. After you've bought the birdhouse, feel free to paint it the colours and the design that you like. After, find a nice space outdoors, fill it with seeds, and watch for al the birds coming by!
