Paint palate or paper plate. smock or paint/old shirts
Best suited for younger children (e.g. primary school, kindergarten), let your child to choose their own paint colours.
Begin by laying out large sheets of white craft paper, and make sure your child wears a smock or an old shirt - count on things getting messy!
Allow your child to apply the paint on their hands themselves and create shapes; encourage their natural creativity: help them spell out their names and mix colours to create new ones (red and yellow, blue and red, yellow and blue). They'll love it.
